📄 General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Purpose

These T&Cs govern the sale of online fax sending services offered by FAX EXPRESS MAROC via the faxexpress.online website and WhatsApp. Service based in Casablanca, operational 7 days/week from 8am to 11pm.

2. Services Offered

• National fax sending (Morocco): 10.00 DH per page
• International fax sending: 25.00 DH per page
• Business pack: price on quote

Each sending includes a PDF receipt.

3. Order and Payment

The order is placed exclusively via WhatsApp at WhatsApp. The client sends their document (photo or PDF) and the recipient's fax number. After confirming the amount, the client makes payment by one of the following methods:

• Mobile Money (MoMo) — Maroc Telecom, Inwi, Orange
• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CMI) via payment link
• Cash Plus or Wafacash
• Bank transfer (businesses only)

4. Service Execution

The fax is sent within 5 minutes following payment confirmation. The PDF receipt is sent to the client on WhatsApp or by email within 10 minutes of sending.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Moroccan legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible services executed before the end of the withdrawal period. Since fax sending is carried out immediately after payment, no refund is possible once the service has been executed.

FAX EXPRESS MAROC cannot be held liable in case of:

• Wrong fax number provided by the client
• Unreadable or poor quality document
• Temporary unavailability of the recipient's fax network
• Force majeure

8. Disputes

In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent court is that of Casablanca.

1. Data Collected

When using our services, we only collect:

• Your name and phone number (via WhatsApp)
• The document to fax (photo or PDF)
• The recipient's fax number
• Your email address (if you provide it to receive the receipt)

2. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used only for:

• Send the fax to the indicated number
• Send you the PDF receipt
• Contact you in case of technical problem
• Issue an invoice upon request
